For our Europe report, we analyzed and ranked 593 locations by the capability to predict high temperatures, low temperatures, and precipitation for the next three days.

The most accurate combinations of forecasts and persistence by country were in Portugal, Malta, and Greece. The least accurate combinations of forecast and persistence by country were in Finland, Moldova, and Sweden. In our full report, we provide a breakdown of the top ten and bottom ten cities for the most and least accurate forecasts overall and by forecast metric, as well as an explanation as to why each location scored higher or lower.
